Two maps: Old Township of Waterbury and The Village of Mattatuck. Good to Very Good book. This copy is an ex-library with library marking limited solely to red seal on front endpaper. Rear card pocket has been neatly removed with modest scuff near bottom edge of endpaper. The original text has been rebound in contemporary calf as described. Binding is quite tight, cover clean, bright, very light rubbing on edges. Pages show some toning, light finger soil. The frontis shows a damp-stain with wide 'tidemark'. Top margin of many pages as well as top edge of text block dust soiled, browned. Occasional soil in gutters. Maps are intact, generally clean, some rippling.
